About Us

In 1991, a group of "crafty" educators got together and started Kandy Kane Castle as an outlet for their creative efforts. The boutique has grown from eight crafters to a group of 35+, some years as many as 50. While our crafters' roster changes from year to year, many of our participants have been with us for the last 10 - 15 years. We offer seasonal items, woods, country crafts, florals, southwest, foods, and much more, with our offerings changing from year to year. Our boutique runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday of two weekends in November. Our first week is always closest to Veteran's Day. Our dates for 2010 are November 11, 12 & 13 and 18, 19 & 20.  Hours are 10a - 5p.

Kandy Kane Castle is made up of artisans who enjoy crafting and the fun that working with each other provides. Since we have so many faithful customers who have supported us over the years, our boutique offers us a unique opportunity to keep in touch with old friends and make new ones. We provide quality products by master crafters at  reasonable prices. While our goal is 100% handmade, to be true, we say we are 95% handmade. We do not provide a venue for vendors. We have signature items which people come year after year to purchase: hand painted wood items, jewelry, decorated clothing, home decorations, seasonal decorations and ornaments, soft sculptures. In addition, our specialty food items include: hot cinnamon rolls every morning, pumpkin rolls, homemade tamales and salsa, cheese balls, seasoned pretzels, corn & bean salsa, and fresh fry bread on Saturdays. New items are included every year, and even daily, during the two weekends of the show - as crafters finish more projects.

Kandy Kane Castle is the place to be the second and third weekends in November. We'll be looking for you!
